Mindless Labs is bringing the future of mental wellness into the present with a free, self-guided mental health app that shares science-backed tools and everyday practices.

“We talk a lot about burnout, anxiety, and loneliness, but most of the solutions we have are designed for the moment things fall apart,” said Caitlin Hansen, co-founder, “We have crisis lines, emergency services, and formal therapy, and we need all of those. But there’s this big gap for everyone else who wakes up feeling ‘off’ or aren’t sure if they’re ‘struggling enough’ to ask for help.” Created to fill a void in the pre-crisis space, the Mindless app shares The Lab with essays and reflections, The Journal for private reflection, The Workshop for guided exercises, and The Classroom to demystify mental health language.

The mental wellness startup’s app is made possible by a gender-inclusive streetwear line that funds it.
