Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah has entered the fitness tech space with URUNN, a running app designed to provide elite-level coaching to athletes of all skill levels.
Developed in partnership with marathon winner Adam Clarke and FitTech firm WithU, the platform distinguishes itself through AI-powered personalization. In other words, URUNN is capable of adapting training plans in real-time based on a user’s progress, recovery, and goals. The platform stands out by offering real-time audio and visual pace guidance from Sir Mo Farah, Adam Clarke, and other elite coaches like Charlotte Purdue. The AI assistant, on the other hand, is named Stride.
The app covers distances from 5Ks to marathons, with plans spanning six to 28 weeks. The platform also seeks to foster community through group chats and a Run Feed for motivation.
