AI-Enhanced Employment Accessibility : Enabled Talent

Enabled Talent — an emerging startup based in Brampton, Ontario — is harnessing artificial intelligence to transform employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities by addressing systemic barriers in recruitment processes.

Founded by Amandipp Singh and Jeby James, the platform employs advanced technological solutions, including voice navigation, real-time sign language interpretation, and an AI-driven career advisor to facilitate seamless job searches for disabled candidates. Enabled Talent collaborates with twelve organizations, has accumulated 8,000 users, and has been supported by prominent incubators such as AWS for Startups and Microsoft for Startups since its inception. These numbers serve to demonstrate the organization’s early traction.

A strategic alliance with Algoma University is currently enhancing Enabled Talent’s flagship voice-assistance tool — Eynable — while preparations for a pre-seed funding round and full platform launch aim to expand its impact.
