The Uber Eats AI tools have been announced by the food delivery service as part of its initiative to help businesses better communicate with their customers and advertise their products more effectively. The tools will focus on elevating menu descriptions and review summaries from the text perspective, while food photos will also be enhanced to give them better context for curious customers. The tools, particularly with relation to low-quality photos, will enhance the lighting, resolution and framing for better results, which could help to incite more patronage amongst customers.
The Uber Eats AI tools will also be rolling out with a customer feature that will enable them to upload a photo when reviewing their order to let others know what they could expect.
