Centr and HYROX have introduced a transformative advancement for competitive fitness with the Official Competition Perform Turf, a standardized surface designed to elevate consistency and performance across HYROX events worldwide.

This custom-engineered 16mm turf is optimized for sled pushes and pulls. The innovation underwent rigorous testing — including 200,000 durability cycles — to ensure uniform friction and resistance. The Official Competition Perform Turf also boasts a modular design, which allows for seamless integration into home gyms, training facilities, and HYROX Performance Centers.

The turf’s launch coincides with the expansion of HYROX Performance Centers, which are certified spaces equipped with Centr’s competition-grade gear like the motorless treadmills mimicking sled resistance and multifunctional rigs for wall ball drills. This infrastructure, paired with HYROX-certified training programs in the Centr app, creates an end-to-end ecosystem for athletes to train and compete under identical conditions.
