ŌURA has expanded its smart ring capabilities with two innovative metabolic health features — Meals and Glucose. These new additions leverage AI and biosensor technology to provide users with personalized, data-driven insights into their dietary and glucose patterns.

ŌURA’s Meals feature uses AI-powered image recognition to analyze food composition. It focuses on macronutrients and nutritional quality rather than calorie counting, while offering non-judgmental feedback to help users make informed dietary choices. The Glucose feature, on the other hand, integrates with Dexcom’s Stelo biosensor, an FDA-cleared and over-the-counter glucose monitor. This feature allows users to track real-time glucose levels alongside sleep, stress, and activity data for a holistic view of metabolic health.

The latest smart ring capabilities complement ŌURA’s existing suite of health metrics and further position the wearable device as a comprehensive wellness tool rather than just a sleep or activity tracker.
