A new musical gadget arrives in what is called the MidiBalls as a part of the larger Balls in Concert campaign led by German agency David+Martin. It is for the Robin Cancer Trust, which unveils the first-ever MIDI controller shaped like a scrotum. The MidiBalls are a functional musical tool, and they encourage conversation by bringing awareness to early detection of testicular cancer.
It is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in men aged 15 to 45. Despite the many campaigns, it is not common for most men to go for regular self-checks. The campaign relies on humor by playing on the notion of discomfort to make the point. The MidiBalls are a tool for musicians to control sound through the pressure sensors.
