CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Letter to UBS Europe SE Concerning Provision of Affiliate Support Activities | CFTC

WASHINGTON — The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Market Participants Division today announced it has issued a no-action letter extending to UBS Europe SE the no-action position in CFTC Staff Letter No. 12-70, notwithstanding that UBS Europe SE may be subject to statutory disqualification solely for the reasons described in the letter.
