‘The Ace Paloma,’ a seasonal cocktail created by Hilton Hotels & Resorts in partnership with Maestro Dobel Tequila—the first official tequila of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships—will be featured from August 8 to September 7 at select Hilton properties. Designed to bring the spirit of the tournament beyond the stadium, this offering allows fans to savor the atmosphere of the U.S. Open from a variety of locations.
Originally introduced at the 2023 tournament, The Ace Paloma combines “Maestro Dobel Tequila Diamante Cristalino with fresh lime and grapefruit soda, accented by a rim of black lava salt and a dehydrated citrus garnish.” Additionally, each pour is adorned with a distinctive black tennis ball cocktail pick, evoking the tournament’s bold, competitive energy.
Presented in the official Dobel Tequila U.S. Open cup, the cocktail also reflects Maestro Dobel’s continued involvement in tennis, including sponsorship of ATP 1000 events such as the BNP Paribas Open, Miami Open, and Cincinnati Open.
