Google has scheduled its next Made by Google hardware event for Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in Brooklyn, New York. Invitations indicate the keynote will begin at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET and will “introduce the latest additions to our Pixel portfolio of devices,” with expectations that the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold will debut alongside the Pixel Watch 4 and potentially the Pixel Buds 2a and new charging accessories.
Early leaks suggest the Pixel 10 series will be powered by Google’s next-generation Tensor G5 chip—now manufactured by TSMC on a 3 nm process—offering improvements in efficiency and performance over its predecessor. Hardware refinements are expected to include high-refresh-rate dimming, brighter displays, faster biometric sensors and new camera configurations such as a telephoto sensor on the standard Pixel 10 and a 50 MP main shooter on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The event will likely emphasize deeper integration of Google’s Gemini AI and Android 16 features, underscoring a continued focus on software-driven differentiation.
